Sweet Like a Candy
If you shop on traditional market or on hypermarket, you will find on one or more stand fullfill with many kind of candy. Not only in Indonesia but on all over the world market, we can find a candy store or even just a stand which is available for candy sale.
In Indonesia, we can find many kind of candy. Sometimes we are confuse for choosing which candy will be bought. For an example on the carrefour hypermarket in Cempaka Mas ITC, we will face in a lot of stand which full fill in many kind of candy. We can take an import candy on one stand, and the local product in the other stand.
Most of local candy which is selling in Indonesia is a hard candy such of kopiko (coffee candy), tango (fruit candy), gulas (tammarind candy) or hexos (herbal candy). Just a little local candy over on soft candy such of Sugus, Gingerbond, Stasiun Rasa and also a chewy gum candy like a lotee.
Candy is sweet and so is the market. In amy oppinion, candy's market in indonesia have a lot of potential custommer. It's describe on many kind of candy that sell on the market. Candy's market is such of perfect market, it mean supply and demand on the top condition. Eventhiugh candy is a inferior goods,it doesn't mean candy's market is not on a good market condition.
On the writer report, aproxiametly almost 150 brand item candy that over in market and a few of them being a leader market such of kopiko, relaxa, alpenliebe, kiss, golia, hexos, travela, gulas, tamarind, kino, hot hot pop, mentos, yupi and lotte

Jakarta on Worse Traffic Jam
After a long weekend on Iedul Fitri Celebration, Traffic Jam is already comes in Jakarta. Almost for a week, jakarta was gonna be a suitable place for relaxing. Why …. It’s because most of people in jakarta were moving to many town and city all over indonesia for celebrating the iedu fitri with their big family, so Jakarta almost lost 1/3 population for a while.
But the satisfaction situation was no longer. The fact, after a week jakarta will crowd again with 1/3 population that leave for a while in celebrating iedul fitri in kampong plus new urban people that come to find a job in jakarta. According to the last urban statistic report, the urban people is going to increase year by year. That’s why jakarta is more crowded in every year.
The impact of crowd population is traffic jam on all over street in jakarta. Many people who live in jakarta or on every jakarta satelite city have more than 1 car/motorbike. They drive trough almost on the same time (06.00 – 08.00 in the morning and 17.00 – 19.00 in the evening). That condition make most of street in jakarta on traffic jam. The situation will be more horrible on the rain day. Several street and highway in jakarta will cover by flood or going to be narrower couse of heavy rain.
On the other side, growth of street is less than growth of cars/motorbike which owned by people. The government should establish some laws instrumet or rules to controll growth of cars or motorbike by higher the tax or giving some hard fine for someone who break a traffic laws. The government could make some high mass trasportation that will drive as many as it can, the government also build a huge station on every satelite city and bulid a representative parking hall, so the government could limit the car/motorbikefrom satelite city enter to jakarta.

Fiscal Desentralization is somekind of fiscal split between local government and central government. Fiscal Desentralization is an impact from power strengthen of local goverment by establised the 22nd laws 1999 "local government". The fiscal desentralization policy also under regulated by the 25th laws 1999 ".
Principal of Fiscal Desentralization are "reduce the vertical dan horizontal fiscal imbalance", "reduce public service provision gap", "fiscal sustainability", "increase the local revenue", "efisiency of national resource", and the last "transparancy acountability of local fund alocation"
The policy of Fiscal Desentralization had been replaced by the 33rd laws 2004 and it laws regulate more complex spesially on Balance Fund policy. As we know, Balance Fund is the most important part of fiscal desentralization. Balance Fund devine on 3 alocation model : he tfirst it's call revenue sharing (tax revenue sharing and resource revenue sharing), the second is general alocation grant, and the third is spesific alocation grant.
Meanwhile, local government also have enough power for gaining the local revenue by taking some local tax and local cuotation. So, today the local government is being powerfull in fiscal background and have abillity for create their own local development.

Well It's The Time for Going Back To Kampong
In addition on my count, for less than 5 days we will celebrate (for moslem) the Iedul Fitri. In Indonesian customs, to celebrate the iedul fitri on kampong is look like a duty. So you don't have to surprise that most of people will "berjibaku" go back to kampong and start celebrate iedul fitri with our big familly.
Sometimes, we confuse with this fenomena, but this custom is going to be part of indonesian style. On another reason for celebrating iedul fitri on kampong is giving some donate for our familly, our friends on kampong that don't have enough money for celebrate the iedul fitri.
Well, being one of indonesian people sometimes i feel sad if i could not visit or going back to kampong for iedul fitri, that's feeling almost exist on most of indonesian people. So that's why on the iedul fitri, they will go back to kampong, whatever will be.
Why i consider use word "berjibaku" or close enough with suicide condition for going back to kampong on calabrate iedul fitri. well, approxiametly almost 3/4 people who lives in Jabotabek will move going back on the same day. It will be suffer travell, many accidents, traffic jam while most of the traveller still on fasting. On the limited condition, they try to travel and going back to their kampong. So we can see many accidents happen on many street, highway couse of that.
Eventhough like that, they still do it year by year. They believe that their suffer for going back kampong will dissapear after arriving on hometown, their lovely kampong or meet their familly and friends in kampong, well it "what a wonderfull world".

Let's Reach a Higher Toefl Score
Since I learn english more than 20 years, i think only a little bit that i could practice on my life. I don't understand what is the problem ? for a several years, when i was in school i tried to improve my english by taking a course after off day school. But i realized that it had only improve a little and i am still couldn't take the advantage from taking a course. So i decided out from course in the last senior high school period.
For a long time i tried to think about why do i still on a worse for english, what should i do for making better in improving english ? That's question is still hang on my mind until for a couple weeks ago when my office sent me for taking a toefl preparation course in BPPK.
The question that always hang on my mind, gradually find the answers. The problem for being fluent and good in english are devine from many reasons :
- Flash back our behaviour : we find something wrong with our english teaching behaviour. the teacher usually teach about grammar n rarelly teach how to speak, listen, write english clearly and coherently;
- We usually shame for practising english in our lifes. perhaps we are afraid to speak english on a wrong grammer;
- We rarelly read an english book spesially english novel book or english newspaper;
- We rarelly use our english for practise on speaking with each other, writing some paper in english or just listening carefully in english film;
- We use to watch english film but we are still reading a bahasa text on underline.
- First step, it calls a little step for starting the giant move. We have to maintain ourself for reducing the bad habit, concure our self and being brave for speaking in english eventhough many people laugh us for broken english. The first step is look like a tiny but we need a lot of courage to force ourselves in speaking english;
- Second step, we should force our habit in learning english by reading some english news or novels, and try to disapear the bahasa text on our english film and try to learn english by listening.
- Join some english community for practising all we have and learn more from the others.
- Take some course specially for gainning practise and learning new method in fluent our english cappability
- It would be a macro evolution for our english teaching development, the government should repair the core curriculum spesially in english from grammar oriented to practise orriented.
- Finally, use your english practising everyday with your friend, your familly and to everybody.
i wish i could be done and it could be usefull for us for improve our english now and days
